REST Equity Partners LLC runs restequitypartners.com. This notice says what the site collects and what we do with it. Effective 11 September 2026.
What we collect
What you send us through the contact form: name, email, company, an optional mobile number, and your message. Squarespace stores the submission and emails it to us.
If you book a call, the booking happens on Calendly's site under Calendly's privacy policy. We receive the name, email, and time you enter there.
Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring site, collected by Squarespace analytics and Google Analytics 4 through cookies and similar technology. This is aggregate; we don't use it to identify you.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare for a conversation you asked for, to run the site, and to understand which pages are read. We don't sell personal information and we don't use it for advertising.
Service providers that process data for us: Squarespace (hosting, forms, analytics), Google (analytics), and Calendly (scheduling). Each is bound by its own privacy terms.
Cookies, retention, and your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the site works without them. Form submissions are kept for as long as the conversation is live and deleted on request. Write to stephen@restequitypartners.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
